Q. Can I buy tickets for a different day at the ticket office?
A.
The ticket office only sells same-day tickets. It is not possible to book or purchase tickets for other dates.
Q. Can I change my reservation?
A.
① If you booked on the Eland Cruise official website, you cannot change your reservation directly. Please contact our Customer Service Center at 02-6291-6900.
② If you booked through another website, please contact the company you purchased from.
Q. Is phone reservation available?
A.
① For Regular Cruises: Phone reservations are available for groups of 50 people or more.
② For Dinner Cruises: Phone reservations are available for groups of 20 people or more.
*Please note that language support may be limited for languages other than Korean.
Q. Can I choose my seat when I make a reservation?
A.
① For Regular Cruises: Seating is first-come, first-served on the day of use. (Advance seat selection is not possible.)
② For Dinner Cruises: Seating is assigned in the order of reservation. (Advance seat selection is not possible.)
Q. How can I make a reservation for the cruise?
A.
There are two ways to book your cruise ticket.
Regular Cruises: Both advance reservations and on-site purchases are available.
Dinner Cruises: Only advance reservations are available.
Cruise Reservation → Select Product/Date/Number of People → Select Payment Method → Make Payment → Check the reservation number sent via KakaoTalk.
② On-site Purchase:
Purchase tickets at the terminal ticket office on the day of your visit after checking for remaining seats. (On-site purchases are not available if the cruise is sold out.)
