Due to a cybersecurity incident involving SKT malware that occurred on April 18, the pickup method for your purchased airport package has changed.
Following the hacking of SKT customer information, there has been a surge in demand for SIM card replacements among SKT users in Korea, leading to significantly longer wait times at service centers.
As a result, in-person airport package pickup service at SKT roaming centers has been suspended.
Please check the contents of each pickup location regarding the airport package you have already booked and use it without any problems.

WOWPASS Card | • We will provide you with a CU pickup voucher. (Please see attached file)
• You can redeem it by showing the barcode at the cashier at CU convenience stores (T1: CU 2, 3, 4 / T2: CU 2).

Tmoney Balance | • Will be partially refunded. |
eSIM | • SKT will send a PDF file by e-mail. |
USIM | • Customers can choose to switch to eSIM and receive a partial refund.
• When you change to an eSIM, SKT will send you an email directly. |
Top-up Balance | • Will be automatically matched once you register the WOWPASS card picked up from CU store. |
AREX (Optional Item) | • Voucher code can be checked and used through the WOWPASS app. |
